Soymilk

Saturated pleasant sweetish beverage of white or creamy colour with a slight pleasant odour. It is produced from soaked, ground and steamed soybeans. As far as its food value is concerned, it practically corresponds to cow milk with 1.5% or 2% of fat. It is deprived of lactose. It is an ideal substitute for cow milk, especially in nourishment of infants as well as with the patients who have diathesis or food allergy for dairy products of animal origin. Soymilk is assimilated excellently by the organism and has high dietary properties. Its acid clot in the stomach has milder and softer structure that the clot of cow milk and provokes less secretion of gastric juice. It is used for production of beverages, hot cereals, pan cakes, puddings, soups, bakery products, etc. It has storage conditions as cow milk.


Tofu

It has consistence of soft cheese, almost without odour, its tender, its colour is creamy. It is considered to be light food. It is made of soymilk by means of protein precipitation from it with further pressing. Tofu is one of the most universal and economic protein products. It has high content of vegetable protein of full value, which can be compared with protein of meat as far as its amino acid composition and biological value are concerned. Tofu is called "meat without bones" in the orient. It has low content of fat and carbohydrates. It is easily assimilated by the organism, it is an ideal protein product for people with weak stomach. Its can be consumed fresh, pickled or smoked. It acquires flavour properties of various products. It is used for cooking of various dishes in ratio from 40 to 80% to other products. It can be stored in a refrigerator, preferably in water.


Food soy fortifier (okara)

It is a homogeneous wet mass. It has no odour, its colour is light yellow. It contains a lot of protein. It is obtained when soymilk is pressed with the help of a filter press. Okara is the only vegetable source of bivalent iron being easily assimilated by the organism. Besides, okara is an excellent source of fiber, it contains large quantity of nutritive substances of whole soybeans. Okara is added to usual four in ratio 1:1 and is used for baking of bread and biscuits, production of dips and sauces, etc. You can substitute okara for eggs (1 egg = 1 tablespoon of okara + 2 table spoon of water). It can be kept frozen.


Soymilk powder

It is powder of creamy colour. It has a pleasant nutty odour. It is an ideal source of light - digestible protein, which is necessary for effective nourishment of a human being, his growth and development, especially if he goes in for sports or has other physical loads. It is a valuable source of vitamins, B1, B2 and B6 being among them. It has a rich mineral composition, especially of the salts of calcium and iron. This product is useful for the patients with cardiovascular diseases,


Soybean protein product "Soyushka"

It has tender creamy colour and a slight nut-like smell. High in protein, this product has universal properties and possibilities. It is made of soybeans, which are previously dehulled, splitted and heat processed. The product Soyushka increases the biological and nutritious value of any product enriching it with proteins, vitamins A, B1 , B2 , PP, fat and lecithin. It is very useful for the persons with diabetes and high blood cholesterol. It is used as an egg substitute (1 egg=2 tablespoons of flour + 2 tablespoons of water), milk and shortening (raising agent) in bakery andpastry. It is added to wheat flour in 3:100 ratio. It is possible to make excellent pancakes and flapjacks using the product Soyushka. If the product Soyushka is used for making dishes with minced meat, it will give a double reduction of meat consumption, will increase the protein content by 50% and energy value by 20%.


Soybean oil

It is liquid oil of amber colour with a pleasant nut-like taste and flavour, which is easily assimilated. It is produced by pressing of soybean seeds. It contains vital important unsaturated fat acids, including linoleic acid (which stops growth of cancer cells), vitaminsE1 (which is necessary for normal function of sexual glands) and C, salts of Ca, Na, Mg, K, P. Soybean oil is useful in case ofthe diseases of the kidneys, the nervous system. It improves immunity and metabolism, the function of the intestine. It is a prophylactic means against atherosclerosis. As the consumers pay much attention to ecologically pure natural food products, pressed soybean oilbecomes very popular in the world market. It is used for dressing of the salad made of fresh vegetables, hor d'oeuvres, dished made of meat and fish (it gives them attractive golden colour). It has long shelf life, during which its properties are preserved.


Soy nuts

Natural soybeans roated in high quality vegetable oil. They are rich in protein, carbohydrates, mineral substances, vitamins. Composition of the product: soybeans, vegetable oil, flavouring.

Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise is made on the grounds of vegetable protein. It has high dietetic properties. There is no egg powder in it.Soymilk powder makes the product tasty and useful.
